Cool Your Muffins...

Experiment 24. I'm beginning to think my starting number for my experiments should have higher although I am on a roll.

DH: "Those bananas have to be thrown away. They're too ripe."

ME: "Noooooo. Don't throw them away."

DH: "But they're rotten."

ME: "I'll make banana bread."

DH: "But they have black spots and they're rotten."

ME: "They're perfect!"

For an experiment in an experiment prior to cooking I added crushed walnut to the tops of 5 of them and stuffed 2 of those 5 with a few milk chocolate morsels.

I'm taking them today to the "Tri-hash-a-thon" at Island Lake.
