"Knobby Knee" - Yes, that thingy growing there apparently is a cyst. Dr. Anderson didn't seem to be too concerned about it though and basically said not to play with it and it should go away on it's own.
In addition to my description as "knobby" I've had it called a "third eye", a "nose", and even a "tit". That's a pretty small tit and a very peculiar place to grow a nose or an eye so I still refer to as simply "old knobby". It appeared about 2 weeks post op and today it's much much smaller, still visible but not glaringly obvious. Whew!
